The Vigilant Hope Summer Apprenticeship gives Southside youth hands-on experience in business, coffee, and community work. Apprentices build real-world skills through working in Vigilant Hope Roasting, engaging with their neighborhood, and learning from mentors and guest speakers. Along the way, they grow in confidence, purpose, and understanding of their future path.
