Urban Ministry 101
Let's talk about urban ministry! This virtual workshop is a great first step to exploring practical ways to love people who are experiencing poverty in our city. If you are trying to figure out where you can serve or how to serve more effectively, this is a workshop for you! In this workshop we will explore:
1. What is poverty?
2. What the Bible says about loving people who are experiencing poverty
3. Practical next steps for helping in healthy ways
4. A few common mistakes to avoid -
Poverty and Homelessness Forums
An evening of learning from our Urban Missionaries and community members about how to seek Biblical Justice in our city and how to love our neighbors well.
